How can I cancel or change a hotel reservation?
Requests for cancellation or changes may be made by calling our reservation office at 877-BALSAMS (877-225-7267). We must receive requests regarding your non-holiday reservation at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date for a refund of your deposit; after that date, the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a future reservation within ninety (90) days. Holiday reservations are subject to a thirty-day cancellation policy. Cancellations or changes to your reservation requested less than two (2) days prior to your scheduled arrival result in forfeiture of your deposit. If you fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled and you will not receive any refund or credit.

How can I make sure I get an adjacent room?
You can include this request in then 'Reserve Notes' section when booking on-line or you can call toll free at 877-BALSAMS (877-225-7267).. An agent will facilitate this request.

What time can I check in?
Accommodations are available for check in at 4:00PM.  Check out is at 12 Noon.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Yes.  As of May 2nd, 2007, The BALSAMS Inn will offer accommodations for our guests who travel with their dogs.  There will be an additional charge of $25.00 per room, and a 1-2 flight walk-up is required.  Please call 877-225-7267 for more details.
