The BALSAMS Grand Photography Adventure Package

Capture the beauty of New Hampshire's covered bridges with the Grand Bridges of Coos County Photography Adventure Series. This series will be offered this fall season.  The program will be conducted on the following Saturdays:  September 18, 25; October 2, 9.  The cost will be $60.00 per person.  This includes transportation, box lunch and photography tips by Sylvie Weber and Claire Lynch.  Both photographers offer their own expertise in the field of photography.  Come join in learning about photography and enjoy the beautiful scenery that surrounds the Bridges of Coos County.

“Tastes of The BALSAMS” classes cost $350 per person, including lunch on the second and third day.  Each participant may bring a guest to the luncheons. This price does not include accommodations.

LABOR DAY WEEKEND

Labor Day Weekend Offers Great Rates and Activities

Labor Day weekend at The BALSAMS Grand Resort hotel offers a host of family activities to help wind down the summer. 

Labor Day weekend traditions at The BALSAMS include a BBQ lunch outside with tables on the rolling lawns filled with sumptuous food and desserts overlooking the breathtaking mountain views and flower garden.

Sunday evening guests are also treated to a spectacular fireworks show over Lake Gloriette.  As always guests are also treated to The BALSAM’s fine dining, unlimited golf on the Donald Ross designed Panorama Golf Course, hiking, mountain biking, swimming in the heated pool, children’s games and activities and other special events.

Rates for the September 3-5, 2010 weekend start at $229.00 per person, per night (double occupancy) and $77.50 for children.  These rates include breakfasts and five-course Table d’hôte dinners in The BALSAMS world famous dining room, accommodations and use of all resort facilities and activities. 

The Boston Baked Bean will also be returning to Dixville Notch!  Tom Hayes and the Beantown Toys are coming back!  This past July 4th The Beantown Toys entertained the guests both young and old with storytelling, magic, workshops and much more! This Labor Day celebration 2010 will be the best ever!  The Beantown Toys will be back for more!  

- Comedian Tom Hayes will be offering his show on Saturday night in the Tavern.

- Chef Berry has a wonderful BBQ Luncheon for you on Sunday, September 5th.

- Fireworks will be the night of Sunday, September 5th.

- Music and Dancing in the Tavern by "Fast Forward" featuring Jim Conners.
