Cooking Classes
For a fun hands-on approach to dining, we offer the popular "Tastes of The BALSAMS" cooking classes. This "hands-on" 10-hour seminar features instruction, professional guidance and experience in the art of cooking. Each participant will assist in the preparation of a four-course luncheon. Wine stewards will assist in the selection of wines to properly match each course. Each participant may bring one guest for each luncheon, and all participants, guests and faculty chefs will enjoy the "fruits of the day's labor" at a formal table set and served by members of the Dining Room staff.
A "Tastes of The BALSAMS" classes cost $350 per person. Price includes lunch on the second and third day with 1 guest. This price does not include accommodations.
