Averaging approximately 275 square feet, our Select Rooms blend comfort with charm and are found throughout the hotel. Rooms feature either one king bed, one double bed, two double beds or two twin beds, as well as, traditional décor like ruffled sheer curtains, period furniture, wrought iron accessories and other grand resort touches.

Superior Room type

For spacious accommodations boasting the best views of "the notch" and the Great North Woods, book a Superior Room on your next stay. Approximately 425 square feet in size, rooms feature two double beds or one king, a sitting area, desk, ruffled sheer curtains, period furniture, wrought iron accessories and other grand resort touches.

Additional Rooms & Suites

The BALSAMS offers a limited number of additional rooms and suites, available upon request. Options like Deluxe Rooms, Family Suites, Parlor Suites and Specialty Suites all provide larger accommodations, and many come with multiple or adjoining rooms. Some suites include additional amenities like Jacuzzi tubs and entertainment centers. Rates vary depending on the type of room or suite, and can only be booked by calling reservations directly.
