Relive the glory days when tennis greats Bill Tilden, Fred Perry, Bobby Riggs, and Helen Wills Moody played at The BALSAMS, and former Wimbledon and U.S. Women's Tennis Champion Pauline Betz Addie spent the summer as the pro. The BALSAMS offersbeginner clinics for adults and juniors, several additional group clinics, advanced drill sessions, and at least four round-robin doubles events. The complex consists of three red-clay and three Plexicushion hard courts, and a full-service pro shop with rackets, tennis shoes, logo apparel and accessories.The BALSAMS is ranked 17th in the world by Tennis Resort Online for resort tennis.

Professional Tennis Coach David Rosenfeld, USPTA

David Rosenfeld, Tennis Professional just completed his fourth season at The BALSAMS.  David is a USPTA professional with 21 years of tennis teaching experience and works with players of all abilities.  In addition to his teaching experience David has been a highly ranked player in Florida.  David Rosenfeld will provide you with high quality instruction and make your tennis experience a memorable one during your stay at The BALSAMS.  Please, feel free to call David from May to October at (603) 255-2651.

9:30-11:00 Morning Tennis Clinic
NTRP 3.0 (Intermediates)…groundstroke, serve & volley drills and point play.
$45 pp 1 ½ hr Offered daily

 

11:00-11:45 USPTA Little Tennis (Sat/Sun)
Ages 6-8  $15 pp group 
Games based tennis instruction for children

 

12:00-1:00 USPTA Tennis (Sat/Sun)
Ages 9-12  $20 pp group
Games based tennis instruction for children

 

1:30-2:30 Learn to Play Adult & Teen
Novice Instruction…learn the sport for a life time  $30 pp Offered daily

 

2:30-4:00 Afternoon Tennis Clinic
NTRP 3.0 & up…groundstrokes, volleys, serves, returns and point play.
$45 pp 1 1/2 hrs Offered daily

 

4:00-5:30  Drop-in Doubles Round Robin
For Players at NTRP level 2.5 and above
Players should be able to serve and rally consistently $8 pp

 

Private Lessons by Appointment; Head Pro $75 per hour; $40 per ½ hour
